Starting Solids: Raising Little Foodies
It’s a big deal to begin transitioning your baby to solids! There’s a lot to keep in mind like which foods to start with, which foods to avoid and how to know if they’re even ready. Come learn from IBCLC LaShanda Dandrich as she explores how we can teach our babies healthy eating habits and how breastfeeding and bottle feeding will affect this. We look forward to growing with you and your family!

Embrace Your Birth Queen: A Communal Space for Black Mamas
The Black maternal journey is distinct—shaped by history, resilience, and deep community bonds. It deserves to be honored and uplifted. Gather with us as we take the time to honor our birth stories and motherhood journeys as Black-birthing people. In partnership with Rachel Nick’s Birth Queen, we’re holding a dedicated space where your truths can be heard as we offer each other genuine support and advice. Each class will cover a different theme where we’ll open up about the “beautiful chaos” of Black motherhood.

Breath and Balance: Finding Peace from Within
Take a moment to reset and reflect as we revisit the basics of breathing. We’ll review how important diaphragmatic breathing is in our daily lives. Marissa will also offer helpful breathing exercises that can be used to ground yourself throughout your motherhood journey. Though this class will be rooted in the Black maternal experience, breathwork impacts all mamas, so all are welcome to join this class.

Prenatal Yoga for Beginners: Take Pause and Recenter
We invite you to stop for a moment and check in with yourself. Join Rachel Nicks as she encourages us to feel more present in our current bodies through a beginner’s yoga flow for prenatal mamas. We’ll focus on finding comfort in discomfort as we re-align our bodies to reduce stiffness and increase our range of motion during pregnancy. Postpartum mamas are welcome to join as well. This is an experience you won’t want to miss!
